Twitter Suspends Candance Owens For Opposing Lockdown

Conservaive Candace Owens was just suspended on Twitter for expressing her opposition to the statewide lockdown in Michigan issued by Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Owens tweeted that Michigan should “go back to work”. Her full tweet reads, “Apparently @GovWhitmer believes she is a duly elected dictator of a socialist country. The people of Michigan need to stand up to her. Open your businesses. Go to work. The police think she’s crazy too. They are not going to arrest 10,000,000 people for going to work”.

Within hours, Candace’s account was suspended for supposedly violating Twitter’s terms of service. A Twitter spokesperson stated that Owens violated Twitter’s “COVID-19 misinformation policy”. Millions of Americans have become unemployed due to restrictions implemented by Democrats across the nation. Apparently Americans are not allowed to oppose these measures on Twitter. If Twitter can suspend Candace Owens, a woman with over 2.2 million followers, just imagine how easy it will be to do the same to you.
